Return & Exchange Policy

Nutraceuticals/Supplements:

All our products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, unless damaged or defective. To replace damaged or defective items, write to us at hello@nack.life within 48 hours of receiving the product and we will guide you. Kindly attach your order invoice and a picture of the damaged product.

Once an item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a product inspection which takes about 2 days. Typically, the refunds are initiated within 2 days after product inspection. The receipt of the refund would depend on the source of payment chosen by you. The refund would be processed to the source account used to make the payment. The refund credited usually takes 7 working days to reflect in your account.

When returning a product, you are obliged to keep the product in the same condition as when delivered. You must not have used the product/service; however, you have the right to investigate the condition the product was in when delivered. All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. If damage or harm is caused to a product while investigated the product does not qualify for the return policy.

Accessories

NÄCK is dedicated to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. If you're dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we'll gladly accept returns within 7 days from your order delivery date. Please note that we can only process exchanges and returns for unused products. To initiate an exchange or return, kindly reach out to us at hello@nack.life within 7 days of receiving the product, and we'll assist you. Ensure to attach your order invoice and a photo of the product.

Upon receiving the returned item and confirming its eligibility under our return policy, NÄCK will promptly proceed with either an exchange/replacement or a refund of the item's purchase price if an exchange/replacement isn't feasible. Refunds are processed by RAZORPAY, our payment provider, and are credited to the original purchaser's credit card or bank account. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, starting from the date of authorization by NÄCK.

When returning a product, it's important to maintain the product in its original condition as delivered. This includes keeping the product unused and investigating its condition upon delivery without causing any damage. Ensure all original packaging, price labels, and other accompanying materials are returned along with the product, without any tampering. Products that are damaged during investigation do not qualify for our return policy.

Defective Products

If the product is damaged or does not correspond with how the product was presented on the site, you have the right to enter a claim. Please contact hello@nack.life within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will first try to see if it is possible to repair or remedy the fault. If this is not possible then we will replace the product. If we are unable to replace the product or remedy the fault, then we will refund the money. If you can send a photograph of the damage/error this will speed up the process. When we have received the product and approved the claim you will be informed and a new product along with compensation return-shipping costs will be sent to you, or we will refund you for the product and the return-shipping costs.

Initially, we'll attempt to repair or remedy the fault. If that's not feasible, we'll proceed with replacing the product. In cases where replacement or repair is not possible, a refund will be issued. Providing a photograph of the damage/error will expedite this process.

The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account (usually 7 working days) depends on the payment source chosen by you. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

When returning a product, it must be in the same condition as when delivered, unused and with all original packaging, price labels, etc., intact and untampered. While you have the right to investigate the product's condition upon delivery, any damage caused during this investigation will disqualify the product from our return policy.
