Exercising goes beyond just looking physically fit. It’s about nurturing and fuelling your body and mind in harmony to stay healthy and strong as can be. My journey started in 2014 when I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. What started as a means to keep my weight in control has now become the biggest and most integral part of my life.
