The first session with Joel would be a general chat to understand the current lifestyle and the client’s goals. On the basis of that Joel will try to understand whether the goals are in line with your current lifestyle, and what small changes can be taken to help you on your way to achieve your goals!

Session should be booked 24-48 hours in advance.
Yes, You have to formally write a request with your preferred new slot time and date at info@nack.life 12 hours prior to the session. Incase of any last minute change request, the session would be considered a no show and the fee would be charged. .
