Order & Delivery
All orders are shipped across serviceable pin codes within 48 hours via our courier partners which include but are not limited to Delhivery/Xpressbees/BlueDart/FedEx for domestic shipments.
Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays or any Holidays.
The estimated delivery time is between 5-7 working days, depending on the delivery address.
A confirmation email will be sent to you by our logistics company once the order has been dispatched. You can track your shipment using the “Track Your Order” in the mail.
Please note, we can’t guarantee arrival date or time as those are on a best effort basis by the delivery partners and availability of the customer. If your package by any chance will be delivered earlier or later than the communicated estimated date of delivery you will be notified by our courier partners.
Standard delivery is free for all prepaid orders above 1500 INR. A shipping fee of 50 INR is added to all prepaid orders below 1500 INR. Cash On Delivery charge of INR 50 will be added to all COD orders.
What if I am unable to receive the delivery?
If someone is not able to receive the delivery at the first instance, generally two more attempts will be made before the product is returned.
Cancellation & Order modification
After completing your purchase, we will send you a confirmation email with all the details. Kindly remember that it will not be possible to cancel or amend your order if it has already been shipped.
If your order is confirmed and you cannot receive the delivery immediately or wish to hold the order due to unforeseen circumstances, then please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 4 hrs. But if your order is already dispatched then we are sorry we won’t be able to hold your order delivery.
We offer the following payment methods: Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, and Cash on Delivery. The payment is facilitated via the certified payment provider, Razorpay.
Your purchase will be charged as soon as you complete your order. We do not store any credit card information or such sensitive information solely necessary for payment and all information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details.
Returns & Refund
All our products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, unless damaged or defective. To replace damaged or defective items, write to us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the product and we will guide you. Kindly attach your order invoice and a picture of the damaged product.
Once an item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a product inspection which takes about 2 days. Typically, the refunds are initiated within 2 days after product inspection. The receipt of the refund would depend on the source of payment chosen by you. The refund would be processed to the source account used to make the payment. The refund credited usually takes 7 working days to reflect in your account.
