About Devika Wahal

Exercising goes beyond just looking physically fit - it’s about nurturing and fuelling your body and mind in harmony to stay healthy and strong as can be. My journey started in 2014 when I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. What started as a means to keep my weight in control has now become the biggest and most integral part of my life. Through movement and building strength, I have surpassed several mental and physical struggles. With my training programme, I would love to support your journey and help you achieve your goals.

Questions & Answers

The first session with Devika will focus on understanding your goals, your exercise and health history, and the facilities you have access to or are comfortable with. On the basis of this information, Devika will structure your personalised workout plan. Before heading into your session, it would be helpful to keep a note on your health history, especially if you’ve had any injuries, and think about what your future goals are.

Everyone’s bodies, diet, and resources are different. How long it takes to start seeing progress depends on your specific goal. Exact rates of progress vary from person to person based on age, gender, weight, genetics and more. Knowing a timeline for achieving your goals can be a wonderfully motivating tool, so please feel free to ask questions during your session to better understand your goals, and what it will take to achieve them. And of course, the process will be faster if you align with your expert, and incorporate their suggestions into your lifestyle.

The first introductory session is 20 mins long. After that, the succeeding workout sessions, depending upon the workout plan package of the client, will be held for a duration of one hour. However, if you are a beginner the sessions will vary and might be under an hour depending on your fitness levels.
