Climbing, rock or ice, is not a popular sport in India yet, but there are some amazing climbers who are paving the way, and helping popularise the sport among young India.

India boasts a vaaaaast coastline of over 7500 km and rich history of seafaring. Our oceans also see some great waves, especially during the pre-monsoon and monsoon seasons. And surely, if we can ride banana boats, we can surf, right? 

Wellness is the act of practising healthy habits on a daily basis for bettering one’s physical and mental health, and as such is not a gender-specific act, because how could being aligned with oneself, pursuing good health be a male or female thing? 

Thankfully, with a focus on self-care over the recent years, being healthy has moved away from the societal-set definition of fitness to a more holistic approach of understanding and respecting one’s body and finding activities that fit one’s lifestyle the best.
