Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ Cup Blueberries (whole)
  • ½ Banana (sliced)
  • 1 scoop Näck Plant Protein Powder
  • 1tbsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1tsp Vanilla Essence

Instructions:

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 secs – 1 min to form a batter.
  • Cut a banana in bite sized pieces dip in the batter.
  • Cook on both sides until golden brown.
  • Serve with honey or maple syrup.
