- 1 Cup Oats
- 2 Eggs
- ½ Cup Blueberries (whole)
- ½ Banana (sliced)
- 1 scoop Näck Plant Protein Powder
- 1tbsp Cinnamon Powder
- 1tsp Vanilla Essence
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 secs – 1 min to form a batter.
- Cut a banana in bite sized pieces dip in the batter.
- Cook on both sides until golden brown.
- Serve with honey or maple syrup.
